Boy, was it a treat to sit on those filthy toilets! Just what I needed for a touch of luxury and visually inspiring comfort.

The staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. The location was convenient for visiting Dubai Mall, the Spice Souk, and the airport. The room was spacious.

Nothing was impressive at all. The hygiene was zero and the toilets were dirty and pathetic.

The easy accessibility of the hotel, with spacious elevators and clear signage, made it convenient for seniors to navigate the property and enjoy their stay comfortably.

More support from the children working there would have made the vacation even better for senior people.

The rooms at Chelsea Plaza Hotel Dubai were so cozy and comfortable, with plush linens, a large work desk, and a marble bathroom. It felt like a home away from home, perfect for unwinding after a busy day of exploring the city.

The only thing I didn't love was the satellite TV, but I know some people enjoy it.

Location is great, within walking distance of the most sights. It is also convenient to come back from the metro. The hotel is close to where good shops are. With a taxi, you can easily reach all the major Dubai attractions. The rooms are cleaned daily, providing a comfortable stay for families. However, some areas of the hotel, such as the bathroom, might require improvement in terms of cleanliness. the staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel offers plenty of facilities, including a gym, pool, bars, and restaurants.

The cold drink on arrival made me feel welcome. This place suits me perfectly. Wi-Fi, pool, restaurant, and more make my stay stress-free. I always come back for a romantic escape.

The room windows could not be opened, limiting fresh air circulation. The toilets were a bit outdated in terms of equipment, a small inconvenience.

We had a enjoyable stay at Chelsea Plaza, where comfort and great facilities was awesome. The spacious and beautifully decorated rooms were a sumptuous retreat, and the friendly and accommodating staff made us feel right at home. Despite a minor noise issue, the convenient location and excellent service made our experience nice. I highly recommend this hotel.

The front desk staff, Jaci, was helpful and were pretty good too ensure we had a wonderful stay. She provided excellent information about Dubai. The hotel is conveniently located near Satwa Town, trade center, and Dubai Mall. The Swiss pool and gym were a nice bonus. The rooms and bathrooms were a decent size.

While the location is great, the hotel has a noise issue, with several clubs/bars at ground level causing thumping music to be heard even on higher floors.

I was impressed with the spacious and clean room, as well as the helpful and friendly staff. The location was also convenient with many shops and supermarkets nearby. Although there was some noise from the nightclub, it didn't impact my sleep too much.
